    They looked to be good quality, and they are warm, but I quickly noticed some wear on the fingers of one glove. There was also a deep groove on the back of the fingers, like they had pressed up again something hard a period of time. I don't know how that could happen sitting in original packaging in a warehouse box. Customer service promised a 'hefty' discount or a swap. Considering it was already getting cold, I asked for the discount, but they gave a measley $3 off for something worn. A week later, my case is still being reviewed with no update. Ultimately, I am more dissatisfied with the poor response than the condition of the used gloves.

    They were a little long

    They were a little long in the fingers. There snug at first but loosened up after using them a bit. Nice thick leather and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.
