2 Year Leatherup Warranty Add On

Upon purchase of the added warranty, Leatherup.com will add the warranty to your account. It will be valid for 2 years after the purchase date.

Enjoy your ride with the peace of mind knowing we stand behind our items and ease your mind. 

Warranty must be purchased at the time of checkout and cannot be purchased after your order has shipped or delivered.

If your order contains more than 1 item with the qualifying brand, purchase the necessary warrant qty to cover all products on order. 

Apparel Warranty Coverage 
  • 2 Year warranty will cover any zippers, snaps, or stitching issues that you may have with your garment.
  • We do not cover any tears or damage to the leather/material caused by improper care or soiled by liquids. 
  • Warranty does not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence or improper use.
  • Wear and Tear is not covered by any warranty.
  • If the product is altered in any way, it will void the warranty
  • Items that are returned under warranty do not qualify for a refund as the warranty only covers a repair or replacement if the item is indeed confirmed to be factory defective.

Helmet Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty is applicable to manufacturer’s defects.
  • We will attempt to repair any defective part of the helmet covered by this warranty when the warranty claim is made. 
  • If we are unable to repair the helmet, we will replace it with a new one.
  •  If we are unable to replace or repair the product, we will issue a store credit for the cost of the original purchase price (less any discounts applied).
  • This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, improper repair, water damage, heat damage, neglect, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use.
 
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
  1. Please contact customer service first by email, chat or phone.
  2. Visit our contact us page Click here: 
  3. Provide us your order # that contains the warranty purchase as well as the item with the warranty coverage.  
  4. Please include a detailed description of the issue with the product as well as images to help us understand the issue.
  5. Our customer service team will reply within 24-48 hours via email and provide you with the steps required to send back the product. 
  6. The item must arrive and must be evaluated, inspected and subject to repair or replacement depending on the defect. 
Warranty Process
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks to have the garment repaired and shipped back to you. 
  • If we are unable to repair the product, we will ship out a new garment to you provided the item is in stock. 
  •  If the product is no longer in stock, you will need to select a replacement or request a store credit to be used late. 
  • Having a refund issued is not an option

  • Warranty is Not Retroactive:
  • It cannot be purchased after you have already owned a branded product with warranty option. Warranty Must Be Purchased Along with Item(s).
  • Warranty cannot be filed for previously owned products dated prior to purchasing a warranty.
