    Terrible Customer Service!!

    These guys take forever to respond to a CHAT Message, then make it seem like it's your fault that they were NOT able to accommodate you're request for a shipping address change!!
    I Mean how do you have a Chat feature you don't monitor???

    Then the way I was talked down to and the sour taste it left in my mouth.
    I have already started the process of returning the item!!

    I won't deal with a company that has this type of terrible customer service!!!
