I have a couple Milwaukee Leather jackets I love that cost half this much. But I was disappointed when this arrived. Not shaped well (tight in arms, too large in waist) and the inseam is not matched with the leather so it doesn't sit right at all. If I didn't already have 3 returns in a row with LeatherUp, I would've returned this too. Just so sick of losing money to them with the long shipping waits in between. Will be my last order from them.

My 'Hooded' Olive Leather Jacket

From the time I was a little girl, (I am 66') I've had trouble finding clothes to fit me correctly. (I am 4'11') and weighed 80-90 lbs.until I got pregnant and had my Son. So I had a hard time deciding what size Jacket I should order. Alyssa was so helpful! She helped me with my size and got it right the first time! I am very grateful for her help! My jacket fits me perfect and I love it! I will wear it around town in Spring and Summer as it is more fashion than a long ride protective garment and I will always ask for Alyssa's help if I need to. Sincerely, Pat Hagel

I did not get the correct jacket

I honestly was upset because I was shipped the wrong item but the exceptional customer service and timely refund definitely worth five stars. I know mistakes happen and I will order from them again. I loved the jacket that came it was a really great quality just not the one I wanted.
