Jacket arrived in good time and good condition. I understand why they require a signature with such a high dollar item, but I can afford it since I have a JOB, and I go to that JOB every day, so I was never there to sign for it when UPS came. So I had to pay another $6 to have it held elsewhere, and the store wmployees had no idea what I was talking about. It made for quite an extra hassle and I probably could have just bought something in a store. Just putting my exp out there
