The black denim vest is nice and the fabric is a heavy duty quality. However the cut is rather boxy not tapered waist, and not flattering on me. Definitely true to size so don't order a size up. I am returning the vest.

While I do like this vest, for the price, fit, and quality, I would not have paid what I did for it.

Good: I like that the studs don't go all the way through the pieces they attach to. So there isn't any sharp teeth on the other side of the denim. I also appreciate that the collar flaps have snaps to keep them from flapping around while you ride. The denim itself is thick but not overly stiff either.
Hand pockets are full sized and at a
comfortable level. Fits my
large chest in its biggest size. 42E

Not so good:
The shoulder corners are too pointy and big causing it to look odd. I will have to sew it to make it look and fit right. It's like there is too much material there. Next is the fit at the waist. It didnt talk about it in the fitting on the site but I took a chance. Unfortunately if you have a booty, it will more than likely not go over your butt, but hike and bunch up at the hips. I prefer when my vests can at least cover a bit of the ol booty when I ride. This vest doesn't do that. Unfortunately if I want to keep the vest, I will have to sew in a dart to widen the hip area. If I wanted to layer, it would be nearly impossible due to the overly snug fit at the hips. It just needs a good inch more room there for laying right and proper fit.
The cute lol boob pocket? Awkward and not very useful. To top it off on the inside of the vest that little pocket pouch flops around all crazy like. If a wear a lower cut shirt, the pocket pouch pops in and out of my shirt because for what ever reason, they didnt attach the pouch to anything but the opening edges itself. Speaking of pockets, it has 2 inside which is makes little mention of. They are just top open access pockets of denim that have no closure or snap. It can't be used as a gun pocket either because of the opening being at the top and not tilted for easy access and again no snap to keep it in there. Also it makes mention
on the tag it will fade.

Bottom line, I like the look but would not have paid this price. Even at $50 it would be a bit steep. You honestly could find a denim vest in a thrift store for much cheaper with the same features without the studs. Would I recommend this one? Probably not. Would I buy it again at this price? Hell no.

On a side note, I did like that the studs are kind of a darker metal. Like a gun metal grey.

The problem with this jacket is it is not colorfast. I have never seen anything like this. I've washed it several times and it still bleeds incredible amounts. It dyed my hands black for days after washing and all the patches I added got dyed black. It dyed my skin and pants black where it touched the jacket if it got a little wet from the rain or sweat.
All that said, I like the I am going to buy the same jacket in blue and wash it several times. Hopefully that one will be more colorfast.

It should say how small these run in the description. Now I'm faced with trying to exchange but they did not include an invoice. I did get an email response about what to do but kind of complicated. It is cute though.

It shows that this jacket is very shapy. and it is not .It is very big in the waste yet it fits fine in the boobs and in the hips
