Let's Hear What Our Customers Say
Great deal, comfortable look good satisfied buyer.
Boots are well constructed and as advertised
I ordered boots on June 26, 2024 and today is August 11, 2024 and still no boots. Emailed you on August 2, 2024 and still no response. Very poor customer service.
Very disappointed in the quality. I have been buying this exact boot for around 10 years. I wear them every day and always keep an extra new pair on hand. You could not beat the quality for the price until I bought my last two pairs. After wearing for about 3+ years, my old pair had complete worn out. The leather on the boots was still good, not tears or breakdown, just the soles were coming a part, so I started wearing one of my new pairs. Within a month the outer leather started to crack and separate, see pictures. From what I can tell after doing a little research, the boots are now made using bonded leather(cheaper) instead of genuine leather. What is happening to my boots is common when using bonded leather. From now on I'm only going to buy boots made with genuine leather.
I had to return the boot. It looks very solid and well made, but just not right for me. The side zipper seems a little short, making on and off difficult - @ least til is broken in. In addition, the boot was borderline a little small - a bit tighter than I like. Again, might well have been okay after breaking in. Despite the above, thought it might prove to be okay so was planning to keep them. But the deal breaker was...after deciding I would keep them, wore them on initial ride and I absolutely could not get the toe under the shift lever to shift from 1st to 2nd, etc. Within a few hundred yards. I turned around and went back home (in 1st gear). I examined it closely, and believe the shift problem was because 1) a somewhat high profile of the toe box 2) a slightly higher heal 3) a bit of an upturn in the front of the boot. The 3 factors mentioned combined with the stiffness of a new boot are I believe the cause of my shifting problem. As mentioned, looks like a well made, good looking boot. Over time, I could perhaps have broken it in. But since I was a little on the fence with regard to the size and zipper, thought it best to return it.

Great boot, had same ones before, just wore down outside of toe on corners. Boot otherwise held up great

My choice was obvious,it has an outstanding design for my size. This is one Black Boot you can not help noticing,if it is in your face. The side zipper at my age is a must. You can walk,if you have to , but ride on for miles in these puppies.
