The motorcycle helmet people basically said can’t help you.
. We have a 3 month warranty and after that there’s nothing really we can do. The first girl hung up on me. Telling me if I wasn’t going to let her finish her sentence there’s nothing she could do. I called back and got the guy from yesterday and he says they’ve thousands of positive reviews sorry I’m not happy with the product but other than bump it up to someone else for consideration there’s nothing he can do and wished me a good day.
I told him wait until he sees the review I post.
7 months after purchase and it fell apart and they’re standing behind their 3 months warranty only. I said that cannot meet any type of customer satisfaction standard.

I put my helmet on this morning. The chin strap is attached to a plastic plate that mounts inside the helmet. The damn thing broke off!!!!

Still not mad at purchase but the helmet hasn’t held up great. The helmet has been worn while riding in the rain it’s kept indoors when not in use but has rusted. The grills on the chin and forehead vents and the chin strap lock have not held up to the use in the elements. They’ve turned rusty as well as the securing lock bolts on the flip up modular face cover.
They’ve turned rusty electronics still work as well as they have so no complaints there.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful! The helmet fits perfectly and is actually comfortable!

The sizing chart recommended that you buy one size bigger than what you measure. After a few times I've worn it, about 10 times. It is now too large and shakes while riding. Hopefully customer service can help.

First off, I followed the instructions on this website and measured. I bought a size larger than I measured, which the this site also recommended. The helmet fits perfectly. It can be a little bit tight when I put it on and settle it into place. Raising the front of the modular helmet before I put it on eliminates any issues. For a full face helmet, this one is very lightweight and I have minimal wind buffeting problems with and without a fairing. After riding for several hours, my neck does not ache.

I like good sounding audio and these speakers did not cut it. I bought a pair of XSound 2.1 R speakers on Amazon for $40 and replaced the stock speakers. It now sounds amazing for music and speech.

The helmet does not seal tight at the bottom of my head without a neck gator. There is some wind noise but it’s not terrible. I have found that this is the case with all helmets in this price range. The cheapest helmet I found that kept the noise out was north of $600. It’s not something that bothers me enough. Also, the replacement speakers sit tighter to my ears. Once the music is going, the wind is not an issue.

Overall this was a good purchase for me. It’s not my only helmet, but it’s the one I use the most. I live in a state without helmet laws and use this helmet whenever it’s not too hot and when it is raining. The quality is what I expected at this price point and I feel like I will get more than my money’s worth for several years to come.

Great item. The seams cross over my ear and at times can be uncomfortable. Small flaw in design. Looking for a way to get rid of the nuisance.

Helmet and Bluetooth is great!! Bad part is the so called fee for returns. Helmet was too big but even though paid for the no fee return was still asked for card for return fee of $12.88. Don’t say unlimited returns.

Can’t hear to well when riding over 50 miles per hour

Somewhere on a previous review, it does mention the sizes run small absolutely correct. I ordered a large. It really seemed as though it was a child’s size. Sent that one back easily enough done got an email that said the new one replacing the small one was delivered, but I never found it. Milwaukee helmets sent me another one which I did receive sized extra large Fitzell but I’m bald might be snug for somebody with hair. It seems to work well linked right to the Bluetooth phone, but the wind noise is really what most people would consider excessive. 60 65 mph or above wind noise really cancels out the built-in speakers at the highest volume.
It’s a good looking helmet lightweight like I said it’s a little snug and the wind noise is excessive. Other than that I would consider buying it again.
