Nice jacket (you need to buy the next size up), but don't buy this if you want to be warm, as it will not keep you that warm unless you wear something heavy under it. but like i said it is a nice summer jacket.

Great jacket! I've worn this jacket for about 3000 miles now, and find it to be a very good product. I've worn it in 80 degree temps and, with the liner, am pretty comfortable in the 50s at interstate speed. The lining zips in and out very easily. Looks good, too. My only gripe is that it's a bit difficult to get stuff out of the mesh pockets, but that may just be the nature of mesh pockets. Great product, great price. Happy motorcyclist.

Got this one for my son and it's perfect for riding in Texas in the summertime. And in the cool mornings of early fall, it's great with the liner in. Can't beat the price and the quality is excellent.

Breathes beautifully, comfortable fit. Someone advised to order the next size larger and I did. My usual 2XL would not have zipped up but the 3XL fits perfectly. Great value.

great jacket I am 5'11" 210 pounds normal size would be 1xl but ordered 2xl fits good just a little too big without the liner IT IS NOT WATERPROOF A BIT the liner keept me dry for about one second in a torential downpour ,rode in 85+ day without liner only got warm when I stoped thats what I got it for so it works perfect throw away the liner and wear a hoodie or underarmor on cooler days and should be fine

This jacket fits well if you order one size up. I'm in Florida, so the inner lining isn't necessary. On the road it remains fairly cool, but could use a couple more vents. The armor is light and doesn't make the jacket feel heavy at all. There are ample pockets inside and out. The adjustable snaps on the elbows and wrists are helpful. All in all, an excellent value for the money. I priced similar jackets locally at $189.00 - a big savings.

Nice jacket, fit well definitely order up the next size up. Wrist area a bit snug, lots of pockets. It is a mesh jacket so chest and back are warm on early spring mornings but the arm area between elbow and shoulder feels cool.

You can't go wrong with this jacket. Super price, looks cool, and it offers great protection. I suggest buying a couple sizes up from your normal size. Leather up ROCKS! It's now my favorite store anywhere, and I have a ton of stuff on my wishlist.

Jacket looks great on! Definatly order one size up. I like the different layer options you have with this jacket. I didn't get a chance to wear it on the bike yet. (I live in CNY and the mornings are cold). I'll add to my review once I do.

Excellent quality. Fits a bit snug, but not bad. I love the elastic in the cuffs. Had they put elastic in the waist it would have bee 5 stars. Bought a size larger than normal and still snug.

| Surprised by the quality! Jacket has lots of "things" on it but its easy to just throw on and go. Liner is ok for 10 degree difference but anymore then that and you will want a winter jacket.
This was great in summer with liner out, lots of air moving to keep you cool. I was so happy I'm back buying some gloves. |

Great jacket for the price. It is built for warmer weather riding. Must have the liner in when temperature is below 75 degrees and wear a sweater beneath the jacket/liner when the temperature is below 65 degrees. The armor is comfortable and I'm glad that I can't give any further rating to the armor. The smaps and velcro adjustments work easily and do their jobs. Good pocket space especially in the liner. I'll probably wear it with the liner for all riding under 80 degrees. My wife, who doesn't like the look of armored jackets doesn't mind this one -- so it must look good. It would benefit from adding some reflective material. When determining the right size, error on getting the larger size especially since you'll likely be wearing the lining much of the time plus a sweater some of the time. It takes a couple of minutes and an open table to lay out the jacket when putting in the lining (two snap tabs at each cuff and lots of velcro tabs).

I'm about 5'10" & 198 lbs. I ordered the XL and found it to be a bit short in the waist & tight in the sleeves. Leatherup was quick in exchanging it for a 2XL. It fits good. I like the coat for summer riding. I pulled the liner out. In the wrists of the coat is some elastic material and it gets in the way of putting on my gloves. In the picture it is shown hanging out of the sleeves. It does help keep the wind from blowing up your sleeves, not that that is an issue when its 90 outside. I rate this coat a 4 out of 5.

This jacket is quite cool for the summer. The mesh allows alot of air flow though the sleves and the body while the padding and armor make me feel protected should something happen. (Conversly, this jacket will not keep you dry if it rains due to the mesh.) The sleves have an internal cuff to help keep wind out on a chilly day. (Wish the inner cuff was removable as it does make my wrists a bit hot in the summer) The snaps and velcro make for a custom fit. Plenty of pockets. I have not used the liner yet, but I expect that I'll need it come Sep/Oct. I'm 5'5 and 155lbs and I got the Large (40-42) and it fit just right. If you are on the border about what size to get, get one size larger.

Good jacket. The picture is slightly deceptive. If you hold this jacket up to the sunlight, you can see through it. It is actually made of dual mesh layers. I have worn this jacket in all kinds of riding in the summer, and it is a good choice up to a humid 90*F with the liner removed. It provides good airflow and acceptable protection from the sun. Definitely order a size larger than normal. While I have not owned the jacket for a cool/cold season, I would think it would be good to about 60* or so on the low end. Remember: you can see through the jacket, so the only real protection you get from the cold is the liner.

great value. true size. nice air circulation with liner out. very warm with liner in(calif weather!). many, many pockets both on outside of jacket and in shell/liner. snug fitting cuff at wrist with velcro ajustment capability also. nice protection in all the right places. rremoveable armor for cleaning. arm and waist ajustments for snug fit and no whipping in the wind. nice snaps to hold liner sleeves in place, but a bit of a challenge to snap back into place. highly recommend.

Perfect for Houston. I wore the jacket to the ROT rally in Austin and back. I staid cool and comfortable. Fit is good and looks cool on. I feel safe in it as well. I didn't go to the rally, I hung out with the VFW on 6th street. It was a blast. The jacket arrived just in time.

Great Jacket! Jacket is very well made as are all of my Xelement products, but I would definately order 2 sizes up especially if you have a belly. I got a 2XL and should have gotten a 3XL, going on a weekend long ride this week so I'll have to make do. Fits great without the liner. I'm 6' 225lbs. 48" chest 47"belly. 36"waist.

Great jacket. This will be agood one for summer/fall highway trips. Great price for the quality you get. Check out other brands with similar features. LeatherUp does need to offer their sizes to fit american men. I take a 44 suit coat and the 2X i ordered fits just right.
