Exactly what the name implies, the Military Spec Vest qualifies as a Personal Reflective Device and meets U.S. Military, on base riding requirements ... great for civilians who want to be seen too! As an added bonus, the Mil Spec vest is constructed of FreeAir? mesh, meaning it will not restrict your jackets ventilation.

Easy to use and adjust, great bright yellow and reflective stripes, and i love the toggle adjustable sides. i wear a size medium everything but ordered this in large, and it fits nicely over my leather jacket. very comfy material.

fits well, good quality and a brighter, nicer looking yellow in person than on line
