| i too have a V-Star and the bag does fit perfect between the vertical bar of the detached windshild and straped onto my extended handle bar risers with no Modifications. filled the voild over the headlight that the windsheild left just great. looks good, just like it was intended to be there.
i was looking for large, i got large..... it's large enough to hold my bike cover
great deal, with good looks.
five stars |

| I ordered this as a windshield bag but it is much larger than I thought...holds lots of stuff so I am using it as a tool bag and am waiting to order the smaller one for my windshield bag when it's back in stock..very durable. |

| Nice bag. Quite a bit bigger than I thought it would have been. I think the dimension details were changed on the site after I ordered it. Too big for the windshield. It's the right size for the front forks, and the straps seem to be made for it. So as a fork/tool bag, I rate it a 5. Leather is soft, but the bag is sturdy enough to use for tools. Velcro closure is strong. I use it for goggles, gloves, kick stand plate, a few tools and plastic tie straps. The belt/straps were not a perfect tight fit, but a couple plastic zip-ties keeps it in place. |

| Looks great with the saddle bags I got from leather up also. Easy to install and has plenty of room. |

| I have a V-Star 1300 with a detachable 2UP windshield. I was able to mount it snugly between the vertical braces. I did not have to make new holes in the back since 2 of the slots matched up with the bolts/nuts on the windshield. This is a large windshield bag as stated in other reviews but does not look too large for the windshield or bike. The only drawback for me is it is a little tight getting the key to the ignition switch, but is doable. I really like this bag! |

| The bag is well-made. Shipping was quick. This bag is huge and holds much more than I expected. Mounting strap and slots were OK, but I managed to attach it to my front forks in front. All-in-all, a good deal for the money. |
