These saddlebags are well designed with heavy thread and both bags can be zippered off. The flaps can be opened by a squeeze connector or by unbuckling them. The flaps also have velcro on both ends to keep the wind from blowing them up and raining in them. I just unzip one side and slide the flat strap under my seat, zip it back up and I am ready to go.

I have to admit when I saw the cheap price I was a little wary about what the quality of the bags would be. I couldnt have been more wrong. A Bags, I cant wait to get them on the bike. Had a little mix up in the shipping and when I called, the lady talked to her supervisor and she took care of it right away and I received my bags a few short days later. Thanks Leather Up
P.S. The Item description for these bags doesnt say this but these bags can also be zippered off. I love them
