Nice pants to wear over my jeans. They keep me warm in an area that chaps don't cover, and don't cost as much! I bought them for winter. My girl likes the way they fit me! Just order a size or 2 bigger than you usually wear, depending on if you plan to wear pants underneath. I like all the pockets too. I'll have to try them in warmer weather, just for the opportunity to take the legs off. Its like a bonus added feature. I like the price the MOST!!! I only can offer 4 stars because I have no way to know if they are good in the rain yet.

Another great pants for the price, but they seem to run at least 2 sizes too small. I wear a 32 but bought a 34 so I would have a little extra room. They were skin tight. I could barely button them. I am going to try another pair maybe a 38 just to be safe at least I could wear thermals underneath. *** They also see about 2 inches short. Recommend a long boot to go with these.

These are great pants . With the waterproof material , reflective piping, and armor you can feel that you're prepared for the unexpected on the road. With a little layering underneath you can ride warmly. I suggest you order one or two sizes larger than belt size. I had to exchange for larger ones and it was hassle free wiyh Leatherup. This is great gear for a great price.

As usual, Leatherup delivered my order within a couple days. These pants fit and look great, I wear a 42 in Jeans and saw other reviews saying they run small so I ordered a 48, wise choice, they fit perfect over my pants. Not super warm but I sweat in a snowstorm so that's O.K. by me, definitely keep the wind out though. I like the fact that they can also be worn as shorts in the summer as it gets well over 115* where I live. I don't ride in the rain so I don't know if they'll keep you dry. For the money, these are nice motorcycle pants, well constructed, you'll be happy with them.

I looked at several pairs of pants before deciding on these because they were out of stock of the Condura ones. These pants appear to be well constructed. I ordered these two sizes up, as I am a size 40/42. I went with 44 to wear as a over pant for the fall riding season. Huge mistake. At 44, I could wear over my pants and I could fit my hand and arm down the waist. You could pull the pant to the side where there was easily 3.5 inches of room. The crotch area is okay, but they are a bit short. I returned them for a 42. I am not pleased with having to have paid the shipping to send them back, but I got them on sale, and with a promo coupon. So I can't complain to much. My issue with the return is basicly the leg length, it is way to long by over 6 inches or more. The zippers are okay, but the legs are very bulky and baggy. I would rather they have been zip open sides all the way up, rather then a zipper leg cuff, and zip off lower legs. Despite a belt in use, I get a bit of ride down/plumbers crack when riding with these on. They are not nearly as good as I thought they would be, and in light rain, I still got fairly wet. They have zero ability to repel water, and some of the areas are vented. They do help keep some of the wind and cold out. I stay warm with them on at 40 degree Michigan weather. If you need a good over pant, I would suggest Condura's, or something else. They do look nice however. Wish they had a kidney belt to help with the riding. The armor is useless due to bad positioning.

I had looked at several different brands and styles of riding pants, from several different websites, and at a local motorcycle accessories shop. I purchased these pants, and couldn't be happier. There are a lot of different suggestions on size and ordering. Here's my opinion: I'm 6'0", 220 lbs. I have slim legs and hips. I usually buy a 38 waist in jeans, and they fit well. After reading all of the reviews and suggestions on ordering, I ordered a 42 waist, as I planned to wear these over my jeans. I am really happy with the fit. I wear a belt with them. They're very comfortable, on and off the bike. Since some folks complain about the waterproof abilities, I tried them in light rain. They do not claim to be waterproof, and nowhere in the description does it say that they are! In light rain, for almost an hour, they did fine. My jeans were only wet about 2" up from the hem, while wearing western riding boots, which naturally should be expected. I went to Walmart and purchased two cans of waterproofing spray, and followed the directions. I bought the brand with the bright orange cap, and applied two coats to the pants. I could almost swim in them now, and not get wet! I have no complaints about these pants. They're warm in 40 degree riding, comfortable, they look good, and have more than enough pocket room to keep your stuff. I also like the removable padding in the knees and hips. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about them. In my case, I would recommend ordering 2 sizes up from the size you normally wear in jeans, if you're going to wear them over jeans. Mine fit like they were made-to-size, and are just as good as some of the more expensive brands I'd looked at. I also liked LeatherUp's shipping. I live in Ohio, and received them in 2 days! Great service, and great pants at a great price! I'd highly recommend them, and will definitely be ordering from LeatherUp.com again!

I must have the weirdest shaped body on the planet, based on what I just tried on compared to all these reviews! But that can't be, because when I buy a pair of jeans from Costco, size 38, they fit perfectly. I ordered these in size 42, and the legs and hips fit fine, the waist is a bit big which I can fix with a belt, but WTF? The rise from the crotch to the back is so short, it not only feel really weird, but you have plumber's butt even without bending over! Further, the hip armor is 2" below the hip bone (with them pulled all the way up), and the knee armor is not only too low but positioned to the outside, rendering the armor pretty useless. The features of these pants are great, but can't use the features if they don't fit right. Damn.
