| Shipping and billing exceeded expectations. quality is as expected, great value. I wear a 33" waist x 34" inseam. Ordered 34"and these fit great as an overpant, even when layered, and these are long enough (hard for me to find). I am light-in-the-a** and thigh, so go by the (size chart) measurements when ordering. These are easy to get on and off with the side zippers. They also have two-position snap-fasteners on each side adding adjustment for wearing different pants underneath. I would like the side zippers to be two-directional so I could unzip from the top-down to get into my pants pockets but, the side-snaps do provide limited access. Great product and IMHO measure your thigh and compare to the size chart before ordering larger-than-normal sizes. |

| Just rode in the cold for the first time with these overpants, worked great, warmer than chaps and as easy to put on. Quality is very good, as always, I think I'll use a pair of suspenders with them, like I do with chaps. Not made as heavy as a heavy pair of chaps, but they could not be and still sit in them comfortably. I wear a 38 jeans and 40 in these was a good choice. |

| After a six hour ride in 50 degree December weather, I was a comfortable as riding in jeans on a warm spring day! Heavy leather, easy to get in and out (with my boots on no less), plenty of pockets, and great looking gear. You will not beat this quaity for this price anywhere. |

| high quality thick leather, really worked great in SW Virginia through the Blue Ridge Pkwy and Skyline Drive in late Oct, early Nov over jeans. I'm 5'9'', 170 pounds, and 32/33 waist, but thicker thighs/butt, so I wear 34 pants. I ordered 34s and they fit great. I cut off about 2 inches from the bottom of the pants. Only problem - one of the snaps didnt work at first. I really had to pound it to make the rivet take the snap. After hitting it closed with a shoe several times, it worked just fine and now snaps normally. |

| This is a great product for the price. This is my second purchase from LeatherUp and I am extremely satisfied. I orderd on Monday and the pants were delivered on Saturday. The quality and price of the pants are about same as the Chaps at your local retail store - my tailor asked if I had paid $200. As is recommended, buy a size larger than your normal pant size. |

| Fit and work as advertised. In general, regular chaps allow better mobility and less pull-up while seated, but, these are an alternative that keeps the lower trunk more protected from the wind. I am quiet satisfied. |

| The pants exceeded my expectations. I wear a 32 and ordered the 34 and they fit great (i probably could have ordered the 32 and they still would have fit) There are 2 buttons on each side to make them and inch or 2 bigger or smaller depending on what you're wearing underneath. The only thing I wish was different is I wish the legs were slightly tighter (I'm 6'0" but only 155lbs. so I have fairly small thighs) All in all this is Great product!!! |

| These are great pants: warm in 30-40 degree weather, and quality is good. My husband and I first ordered the other version of leather pants that go over a pair of jeans, and those did not fit nearly as well as this pair. So we returned them to LeatherUp about a week before Christmas, and we were hoping to get the exchanged pairs before New Year's Day in time for our Polar Bear Ride. Kudos to LeatherUp - the exchanged pants arrived on 12/31/09! Great timing - thanks, LeatherUp!!! NOTE TO THE LADIES: I ordered a size 38 for me to accommodate my hips and thighs; I normally wear a 12/14. The 38 was a great fit around the hips and thighs, although roomy in the waist; I have to wear a belt to keep them up. Also had to cut several inches off the bottom of my pants as well as my husband's pair. Also, after a couple of rides, the fly-area zipper toggle on my husband's pants broke off; the zipper still works, just the zipper pull is broken. Overall, we are very happy with the price, fit and quality of these pants. |

| My wife's Christmas present. She wanted the correct size and they are snug but I think it will work out. The next size up would be too big. We each own a different pair of pants from LU, if you go with your size they'll fit snug and the next size up will give you some room. |

| everything was as i needed it to be- the fit was right- if you like them to fit loosley order a sizelarger than your waist- i dont like flapping so i ordered my waist size and they were just right- the side snaps i adjust to fit what i wear underneath. length is great -i'm tall so i appreciate the uncut hems.. the hardware is strong and the leather thickness has kept me warm in the snow. and an excellent price and quick shipping |

| These are very good leather overpants. They are thick enough for good weight without being too thick to restrict movement. Very good quality leather, and the one piece fronts are very nice and smooth. The front pockets are very deep, and pretty easy to get into. Only little gripe I has was that one side band snap broke the first time I used them. They include an couple extra snaps to do the repair, but a trip to Hobby Lobby provided much sturdier snaps. They are longish, but easily trimmed to length. (I took off about 1.5" easily with an ordinary pair of scissors.) I did order one size up, and they fit very comfortably over jeans and even my motorcycle pants that have knee and hip protectors. Use a belt with them, and they are perfect (offest the belt on your jeans beneath and no bulk problems at the buckle). Very easy to get on and off, even with heavy boots. Just unsnap the bottoms, zip almost to the top, and then just step into them like regular pants. Snap the waist and then easily zip down the sides and snap the bottoms. Very easy to do, even while standing or sitting. I would not hesitate to buy these again if needed, and have recommended them to friends. Best leather overpants for the money, and better than many that cost a lot more. Do let them air out a bit, as they do have a strong leather/dye smell initially, but they are soft and strong, and should last a very long time.

| One size larger leaves them loose in the waist (use a belt), but the thighs are snug so smaller would have been too tight. Front pockets are good only for thin items, not the whole wallet. Zippers can catch on the liner, but overall nice construction (extra snaps included for length adjustment if needed). Work well in colder weather. Overall, would buy again. |

| As many have stated, ordering the pants one size larger than your normal pants size is the way to go. The overpants include two extra snaps that can be attached to the bottom of each pants leg after adjusting the inseam length, if necessary. The overpants will accommodate a 1 3/4 inch belt without any problems. Since I live in the Midwest, I wore these for the first time during a cold weather riding session and was not affected whatsoever by the wind chill. I was having a hard time finding chaps that would fit my waist and thighs, however I am extremely pleased that I purchased the overpants. You will not be disappointed.
One final word of advice, though, would be to plan your riding breaks accordingly! |

| I trimmed up these pants, stapled in a hem, threw 'em on and rode to work at midnight. They are a great fit, really comfortable, and seem very sturdy. The insulation seemed to help some against the cooling weather. And the price can not be beat. |

| Read the reviews posted and ordered one size larger as a lot of raters suggested. The original pant was WAY too large. I exchanged them for two sizes smaller (44 to a 40/ I'm about a 41 waist.) The second size fits perfectly. Tailored the legs to my preferred length. The alterations lady had to use different snaps other than the ones that were provided with the pant as they were not sturdy enough. The pants fit comfortably over my jeans. The zippers are robust. |

| I just got these over-pants and took them for a good ride...44 degrees and I was warm as toast. I didn't know what to expect (not exactly the prices I'm used to...much to cheap I thought). Shame on me. Everything about these leather over-pants is just fine. I'm sure you could pay more and get less, but these are fine...and appear to be well worth the money. I intend to buy more from this company...heck, they arrived in Illinois two days after I ordered them. |

| Quick delivery, reasonable price. Was much better quality than I originally thought when I ordered it, especially since most other brands are 50 to 150% more money. Heavy duty zippers & snaps - should last a long time. I wear a tight 36 or loose 38 size so I ordered a 38. Fits nice and snug over my jeans. The legs are at least 4" too long, but can be cut or sewn up which is nice for getting the length just right. I would definitely recommend them over the high priced brands. |

I took my time and rode with them a few times before cutting the length because as we know when your knee is bent you need a longer pant length -- I did trim mine only a couple of inches and they work great!!
