Your FedEx Or USPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also obtain your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account link on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just log in to your account to place additional orders, obtain tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

any reason, simply ship the unused product(s) back to us according to
the return

include your original shipping cost). No prior authorization is needed as long as you ship back your order within

P.O. Box Address:
As of 2004 all P.O. Box shipments will be shipped within 2-5 days of
the order. There will be no additional charge for P.O. Box shipments
just the normal $7.95 Flat Fee will apply to all continental U.S. shipments.
If Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii You Must Select FedEx 2 Day Air to have your order shipped. We are unable to ship to these 3 locations using the Ground Shipping Method.
Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?

Orders must be placed online using FedEx 2nd day air Or Next Day Air. We also ship by U.S. Priority Mail ONLY TO PO BOX ADDRESSES which is about $14.95-$16.95 (depending on the weight of the package). All orders that are placed and are being shipping to these 3 locations using the Ground Method will be automatically CANCELED. We are unable to offer the flat rate shipping fee as FedEx does not give us that shipping rate or service to these 3 locations.
Puerto Rico Customers :
Orders can be placed online or by mailing a money order (Click
Here for the form). The order cannot be sent ground. You Must Select FedEx FedEx International Economy Or FedEx International Priority .Please
select the proper shipping method to have your order shipped. Please
provide a full shipping address, do not abbreviate the shipping address

International Orders:
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

2.) All International orders will be processed by LeatherUp.com
and verified by verificator.com and shipped within 2-4 business days by FedEx.
The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that
may apply. All International Orders are shipped by FedEx. Due to our
high shipping volume we have been able to lock in very good rates. "Due
to the High Shipping Cost All International SALES ARE FINAL."
Our Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to International Orders.

Canceling Orders
LeatherUp.com reserves the right
to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent
transactions will be reported to proper authorities.We are not able
to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment.
Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order
once processing starts
Re-Routing Shipped Packages
Customers will be charged a fee of $5-$10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our
carrier. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate
your order once processing starts. We cannot make any modifications to your order once it has been submitted to our warehouse.
Most orders shipped within 24-48 hours after it has been placed therefore we submit orders placed within hours to our warehouse.
Rejecting Packages
If your package is rejected upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The amount you paid for the shipping will be deducted from the amount of the item order as FedEx will charge us to have your package shipped back to us.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you.
