Daniel M. from MEDFORD, OR:
These pants seem to offer a great deal of protection and quality for the price. Forget the sizing chart...it's so far off that it's past being laughable. I wear 36w / 30L jeans and they are quite roomy for me (must cinch up my belt good to hold them up). I'm about 5'10" and 195 Lbs. I ordered the 36/32 pants thinking they should fit about right. NOT! I can get them snapped by drawing in my paunch, but it would be impossible to wear them over anything. The problem with ordering a larger waist (and the reason I didn't) was that you then get longer legs and I knew the already-kinda-low knee armour would have been too far down. Fortunately the fastening system is very sturdy and although the fit is snug, I don't find it to be uncomfortable. The design is really for someone taller and slimmer in general than I am...but after trying on several brands at the local Honda dealer I can see that is the trend. The pants seem to be well made and I expect to get good service from them. All zippers and fastening apparatus work perfectly, althought the mesh lining in the legs tends to create a real pain in the tush as you put the pants on and off. IMHO: Excellent Value and a quality product.

Emlyn A. from BOSSIER CITY, LA:
Great product. Yes, go up a size or two especially if you plan on wearing these over other pants. Very stylish and priced right compared to other "adventure" looking gear. I was concerned about the 32" inseam but I am 6'2 and they are perfect length. Rode in some mid-40 temps and over some jeans, these pants were not too bad for sealing out the cold wind. My guess is that they will be quite warm in summer temps though. However, I would buy again and definitely recommend to others.

Joel A. from SAINT CLOUD, MN:
Nice pants for the price. I don't think you can beat the value. I usually wear something between a 30-32 waist and a 34 inseam. I ordered the 34 and they are a little roomier than they would need to be, but with the adjustable waist they should work fine. I probably should have gone with the 32. The length feels just about perfect for me. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they feel like they will shed wind and some water pretty well!

Great, especially for the price. I am usuallt a 32 or 33 waist-- I ordered the 34, and they fit over my jeans perfectly. I purchesd these for winter riding, and now at the end of November they are still doing their job.

Haven't ridden with them yet but length is right on. Glad I listened to other reviewers and ordered up a couple of sizes. Wear a 34 and ordered 38, very snug fit. Good build quality.

Vadim B. from Cleveland, OH:
As many others have mentioned, the sizing is very odd. I ordered 2 sized up as was suggested. Now, the length is right on, but the waist is huge, as expected. The only annoying thing about that is the kneepads are protecting the ankles, not the knees. Love the zippered vent pockets on the front, really nice on a hot summer day. Would give 5 stars if the sizing was more realistic.

I just got these and they are exactly what i expected. Only con is that the knee pads dont fit quite right. other than that theyre perfect. Order large though...i wear 34w 36l jeans and ordered a 38 and they fit perfect with shorts on underneath. great pants and well made.

Love the pants but the cut is SMALL!. Ordered a size 36 for my son whose waist is 34-36 and a 40 for me (waist size 38-40). The 40's fit him. I sent the 36s back with a request for a change to 44s. In other words my size fit him and the 44s will (hopefully) fit me. Order EXTRA BIG!!!

John W. from Toronto, ON:
I wasn't expecting very much for that price and boy was I surprised...Not only did the package arrive in about 36 hours (to Canada!), the quality of the product really surprised me...I am a 35 waist, 175 llbs with a 30-31 in seam. I wanted to wear the pants over jeans so I did as other folks suggested and ordered 2 sizes up (38)- if you don't want to wear over pants I'd say go one size up. These pants fit really well and I particularly like the two waist velcro straps that allow you to cinch your waist to a good custom fit..I haven't tried it in rain but the unit has a long front vent zipper and two vents at the back behind the knee...the only way you could improve the unit in my view would be to include hip armour, but hey, at this price who is complaining. Well done guys!

Just went riding in 38 degree weather with these babies...wow, nice! Feel great and make you feel confident. I bought a full 2 sizes bigger (34 up to 38) so I could wear jeans under. Glad I did. Thank you previous reviewers!! They fit snug, but still comfortable, so think summer riding with just shorts will be nice as well. The price and free shipping can't be beat anywhere!! Great value for the buck! You won't be disappointed.

I normally wear a 36" waist and 34" inseam. I ordered the 40" waist and everything fits just fine. I think the legs are actually around 35". I would like to see hip protection, but I think these pants are a good value.

these pants will do the job. I ordered one size larger than usual and they fit in the waste just right. the legs are just a tad too long, but that's OK. my legs stayed warm enough on a test drive in mid 30's degree temps. I have wondered if there should be some armor on the hips?

Vivian S. from VINEYARD HVN, MA:
Unfortunately the fly zipper broke after wearing just a few times. The entire metal zipper apparatus came off. In trying to repair it, it totally fell apart. I tried calling customer service but it was more than 30 days (not much) and they didn't want to stand behind it. Very disappointing. I like the pants a lot - but I can't rate them better with the lack of quality in the zipper.

This is a great item. A must for cool weather riding. I wear dress pants to work and these work great to just slide on and go. Fit perfect over my other clothes and easy to take off. Cut the wind and very comfortable. Thanks for a great item.

Mark from BROOMFIELD, CO:
So far so good. These fit me well (ordered one size larger to allow for street clothes and/or winter insulation) and are long enough (I'm 6'2"), and the vents are awesome for hot weather. Haven't tested the water-proofness yet, but when I spot-washed a couple of places I couldn't detect any moisture on the inside, so the fabric itself is waterproof. Took them on an 1,100 mile trip a week after getting them and had conditions from night riding 150 miles in 43 degrees (with sweats underneath) to sunny in the high 80s for 8 hours, and am impressed with the temperature range. They are extremely comfortable, much more so than either of my Tour Masters. My one gripe is that the lower legs are too billowy and there's nothing to cinch them up or keep the knee armor in place. I'll probably be adding some Velcro straps to fix that problem. CAN NOT BEAT THESE FOR ANYTHING LIKE THE PRICE!!! Very pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic pants, great fit, very functional. Havent tested in heavy weather yet, but in terms of design and usability they are great. Pocket positioning, and flexible sections on knees and waist mean you dont get that pulling down effect when hopping on your machine, or doing your boots up.

These pants are great. They do fit tight so choose at least 1 size up. I would have liked to see hip padding. The cuffs seem a little baggy.

I am 6 foot 3 and weigh 205 pounds. I usually wear a 34 or 36x34 pant. I bought a size 40 so I could wear them over jeans as suggested by other reviews. I could have gone with size 38 but the waist adjustment works fine. I was a little nervous about the 32 inch inseam but they are plenty long. They are silghtly baggy but very comfortable and they don't flap around at 60 MPH. I wish they had some padding in the hips, otherwise a great summer weight riding pant.

Just got and haven't worn yet. The bad: The legs are a lot bigger at the bottom then I expected even when closed as small as they'll go. Might get caught on a foot peg when you go to put a foot down. In seam seems a bit longer then 32" good if you are taller. The good: Are light weight and the zippers on the legs for the vents look to be water proof. Do order at least one size up if you plan on wearing anything under them. Overall quality seems pretty good for the price.

Great pants all though, when you order, order a size 4" bigger than your current waist size. I wear a waist size 32 and the pants were an inch too small.

Excellent quality pant--especially for the price. Fit is a little small. I ordered 1 size up for wearing over my jeans and they are snug, but ok. I can use them alone this way without them being huge on.

Excellent riding pants and are as listed in catalog. However be sure to order at least the one size larger caution,. Pants are smaller than normal sizing. Normally wear size 40 trousers and ordered size 44 to wear winter gear underneath. Pants just fit with minimum underclothing.

Great Pants for the price. They are exactly what you see. Improvements will be to have some side protection and back zipper to attach to any jacket, but for 60 bucks it's still a good deal. don't miss the manufacter's sugestion on ordering one size up. I didn't and I'll have to wear it like normal pants, because they match exactly the size (I'm 38, and it fit ok, but I wish I've ordered a 40 so i can wear it over my regular clothes because they are very light wieght and easy to put.
